We have a few parties we are attending during the month of September, and I’ve been trying to come up with something different to bring that was relatively easy to make in bulk. Having six adults in the house means that we go through a fair amount of food. So, I wanted to be sure I brought something I could easily double or triple to have enough for everyone. Thank you to Bibigo for sponsoring these recipes today.

These Wild Gochujang Wings and Fiery Mayo Corn are both super easy to make and can easily be made larger (or smaller) depending on how many people you need to feed. They can serve as an appetizer or a main course or even a snack. Both of these recipes use Bibigo Gochujang sauce for a delicious kick.

Bibigo has modernized Gochujang, a 1,000-year-old recipe, by transforming it into versatile sauces that boast bold flavors that can be used in deliciously innovative ways. Bibigo gochujang sauces are perfect to use as marinades, spreads, dips, and more.

This is such an easy recipe that I even got my son into the kitchen to help me. I love it when I have a chance to bond with the kids. They grow up so quickly that I take every opportunity that I can. Plus, cooking with the kids means they’ll know how to do it when they’re on their own.

Fiery Mayo Corn

The Fiery Mayo Corn is so easy to make that you don’t even need a real recipe. Simply cook your corn on the cob like you usually do. I prefer cooking ours in the Instant Pot. Just add one cup of water to the Instant Pot and add as many ears of corn as you need. Then put the valve toward sealed and cook on manual for eight minutes. Release the pressure and remove the corn. Brush on Gochujang Mayo Sauce and enjoy!

When you’re putting together your Labor Day menu this year, make sure you include these two easy recipes. You can find Bibigo products at your local grocery stores and Walmart. They were a huge hit here, and everyone loved them!
